We dont know much about Billy or where he came from, but his wacky ideas and skills on the tools would put Doc Brown to shame.
He reckons, that just as important as the games it holds, is the tech to run the games and form factor.
Apparently the prototype started with a busted Game Boy, and Billy just kept adding games and curcuit boards and processers until it exploded. When asked, he says he "sorted out the kinks" and it "shouldn't happen again".

The consoles you grew up with and love, all thrown into our flux blender creating the main ingredient that runs in the capacitors. It also works well as a night-light when put in a jar. We call it "The Secret Sauce".

Just dont drink it. Billy did and it took forever to get him to stop stomping mushrooms and eating pizza in the sewer.

Every time Billy comes out with a new console, the excitement and nolstagia is almost overhwelming, like we have travelled back in time and are once again kids on Christmas morning.
We just can't put the damn things down!!! Wait, what year is it?
